🚚 Move-Out Checklist

To help your move go smoothly and avoid extra charges, please review this checklist before you leave.

  • Notice to Vacate (N9 Form) – Complete the N9 and submit it through Building Stack at least 60 days before your move-out date.
  • Keys & remotes – On your last day, leave all keys and remotes in the first kitchen drawer (entrance keys, unit keys, storage keys, mailbox keys and garage remotes, if applicable).
  • Electricity – Contact your provider to advise them of your move-out date: Hydro One, Embrun Hydro or CARMA (depending on your building).
  • Hot water tank rental – Contact Vista Services or Reliance (as applicable to your building) to cancel your hot water tank rental.
  • Internet / Rogers equipment – Return any leased modem or equipment to the nearest Rogers store. Non-returned equipment may result in charges (for example, a $150 fee).
  • Cleaning – Leave the apartment in clean condition: appliances wiped and cleaned, floors swept or vacuumed, bathroom cleaned, cupboards emptied, and all personal items removed.
  • Damage or repairs – If there is damage beyond normal wear and tear, please advise management in advance so we can arrange repairs.
